C. McKenna Property Management is a family-owned business that started out as a DBA Hoffman Mountain Painting and Construction in 1984 by Charles McKenna. Charles started his painting career in 1975 and created his own business when he moved to Schroon Lake in the 1980s. His business was founded on fair prices and quality work. In 2020, when his son Clinton McKenna took over and expanded the business to C. McKenna Property Management. The reason behind the name change is due to the fact that all the McKenna children's names’ begin with the letter “C” so therefore all have a place in the business. Looking forward to the future of C. McKenna Property Management our goals are to expand and service our local community of Schroon Lake and the greater Adirondacks, offering property management, plumbing, and carpentry services.
