Witches by the Water
Witches by the WaterSomething magical is brewing at The Lodge at Schroon Lake! Join us on October 11 from 3–6 PM for Witches by the Water, a FREE family-friendly Halloween celebration on our Pavilion Lawn overlooking Schroon Lake.Enjoy an afternoon of festive fall fun with pumpkin carving, tarot readings, lawn games, a Halloween scavenger hunt, candy walk, arts & crafts, photo ops, s’mores and spooky stories, and more. The highlight of the afternoon arrives from 4–4:30 PM, when The Dancing Witches of Gem Radio Theater take over the lawn for a special live performance.Popcorn, cotton candy and other snacks will be available throughout the event, along with a cash bar featuring seasonal drinks, cider, hot cocoa and more.Then, when the afternoon festivities wind down, settle in for a family-friendly outdoor movie beginning at 6 PM.Costumes are encouraged! Bring the whole family and celebrate spooky season with a whimsical afternoon of Halloween fun by the water in the Adirondacks.
