Summer brings swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and beach days on Schroon Lake whether it is on our private beach or at the town beach, plus ice cream runs and strolls into town (just about 2 miles from town). In fall, enjoy breathtaking foliage while hiking thousands of beautiful trails in the Adirondacks. Winter is perfect for cozy getaways—think snowshoeing at Natural Stone Bridges + Caves, sledding on various hills including the hill at the town beach that is next to an ice skating rink under a pavilion with complimentary ice skates of all sizes to borrow, nearby skiing at Gore Mountain, and relaxing indoors after a day in the snow, on the lake.
