“The Kennedys” Schroon Lake Live!! Concert

After their wonderful performance at last year’s Folk Festival honoring the legacy of Pete and Woody on Schroon Lake, Pete and Maura Kennedy return to one of their favorite places. Combining the incredible multi-instrumental talents of Pete with the gorgeous singing of Maura, this married duo are true keepers of a tradition that features folk, pop, bluegrass and everything in between.  Whether the Beatles, or Dylan or Nanci Griffith, the Kennedys can do it all.  Come and enjoy!

Dancing Turtle Rescue and Education Program Inc.

Dancing Turtle Rescue was founded by Debbie Philp, a wildlife rehabilitator in New York’s Adirondack Park who chose to work primarily with freshwater turtles because of her spiritual connection to and love for them. Then she learned that more than half of the world’s 350 turtle species are threatened with extinction.
