9 Mile Coffee opened in June 2018 with the goal of bringing people and coffee together. We believe in community, and that a small destination town doesn’t have to live without great coffee. You can expect to be met by our friendly staff and a delicious cup of coffee that is always crafted with care. Schroon Lake, the lake, has three boat launches.

This one is in downtown Schroon Lake, on Dock Street. There is a hard surface launching ramp and parking for 15 cars and trailers.

Beautiful Donnelly Beach is part of this town-run beach and campsite. It's the perfect place to spend a summer day!

How to get there

The beach is located just off Route 28N in Minerva. From the intersection of 28N and County Road 37, head northeast on Town Shed Road toward AP Morse Highway. Turn left onto Beach Road and the destination will be on the right.

Conveniently located in the heart of Newcomb, the Town Beach is a central place for events, with a snack shack in the summer.

From Overlook Park in Newcomb, head west on Route 28N. After 2.5 miles, turn right onto Beach Road. Parking is ahead.

Swimming and the beach

There's a covered pavilion, picnic areas, restroom facilities, and fire pits. Certified lifeguards are on site, and there's a public boat launch and boat docking area on beautiful Lake Harris.
